Happy New Year

Hello reader.

It’s been a fun year! In 2011 Apostrophe Stockholm released Raiju, Lechuza and Sid Sunshine. It’s been a thrill receiving your feedback, and I’m certainly looking forward to continuing this magic conversation in 2012. I thought I’d talk a bit about the future plans.

First up, Lechuza and Sid Sunshine will be made available for Android mobiles.

Second up, Apostrophe Stockholm’s award winning first game STAIRS will receive a sequel. STAIRS 2 will be released in the spring of 2012. This time the Pyjamaman’s daughter is on the search for her father, in multiple stairs and worlds, solving puzzles and listening in on monster’s conversations. I will be posting pics and movies here as the development progresses. So be sure to check back.

Third up, Lechuza 2 has been slightly delayed, but will also be released in 2012. Once again Jeff Rodrick finds himself in a mess, only to dig himself deeper into evil. For those of you who wondered, if Jeff kept you lingering about the story in the first part, all your questions will probably be answered in the sequel. Lechuza The Sequel will be bigger, weirder and harder. And of course with the graphic style some of you love, and some of you love to hate

So let me send you on the way with a great big HAPPY NEW YEAR! I’m so thankful you’re playing the games, I sure enjoy making them. Big Cheers!!!!

World Premiere on App Store on friday, December 2nd!

- If a Pixar movie and a weird TV show in Japan had a baby, this would be it.

SID SUNSHINE – for iPhone, iPad, Mac and (soon) Android. World premiere on the App Store 2nd december.

For children ages 3 and up. Easy and fun collecting game. Drag and drop items to help Sid finish whistling his song, and receive a jewel as an award. Almost 100 different jewels to collect. A great fun way to make time fly!

Lechuza 2 – in production.

Summer vacation is over. Apostrophe Stockholm just came back from London, where we had the kick-off for the pre-production of Lechuza the sequel. The fate of Jeff Rodrick will continue; larger, better, stranger and creepier than ever. Do stay tuned for updates.

Lechuza for iPhone

Thanks to the success of Lechuza for iPad and Mac we sat down and built it for the iPhone too. It will be released in about a week. We’ve added some hints for the really hard parts, and also fixed a few reported bugs.

It will work on iTouch / iPhone 3G up to iPhone 4 (Retina graphics!)

In our humble opinion it looks even better on the small screen. 1.99$ at launch.
